The White Rock Valley Neighborhood Association (WRVNA) is a voluntary organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing property values and consistently improving the quality of life in our neighborhood through beautification, neighborhood events and crime deterring activities.
White Rock Elementary is located in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas and are proud to be a part of the highly acclaimed Richardson Independent School District. The teachers and staff at White Rock are dedicated to providing positive educational experiences for all students.
Welcome neighbor to the wonderful neighborhood of White Rock Valley (WRV)! WRV has award-winning RISD schools, beautiful parks and access to the White Rock Creek Trail and White Rock Lake. WRV is also home to White Rock Stables, a 14-acre full care horse stable and sits adjacent to Flag Pole Hill.
Each year on the 1st Tuesday in October, the WRVNA hosts a National Night Out party from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that helps build neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer.
Every December, Santa and his reindeer (courtesy of White Rock Stables) along with dozens of elves parade through White Rock Valley collecting new, unwrapped toys from residents watching the parade.
